Sprouting Roots Mental Health Counseling

Welcome

We are Sprouting Roots Mental Health Counseling P.C., a fully telehealth trauma informed group therapy practice aimed at providing quality counseling and services to the New York and Tennessee community. We work with teens up through adults providing counseling services throughout New York State and Tennessee. We have therapists from all different walks of life, bringing their own unique perspective and style to counseling. We offer many different languages to deliver therapy in from English, Spanish, Portuguese, Bengali and more.

A major part of our practice is the utilization of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) with clients. EMDR has been found to help with many different issues, and we have found utilizing that combined with other healing methods can help people make significant progress in their lives.

Additionally – we offer training and EMDR consultation to others throughout the US and abroad. We work with clients who desire a more holistic approach for coaching services as well throughout the US and world.
